Camp Poncho in Pendleton's National Park Series, Bridger Stripe. Leather trim, natural antler shed toggle.
Bridger Stripe is close to our hearts here at Jen X as it's inspiration is located in our home state of Wyoming. Here in Wyoming we are surrounded by picturesque mountain ranges including the Big Horn and the Uintas (where our shop is located), and Fort Bridger is right up the road from us. Fort Bridger is part of the Oregon Trail and was a vital trading post and respite for road weary pioneers to rest and restock. In modern times it is famous for its annual old west themed Rendezvous.
About the wool… “Since the early 1900s, Pendleton Woolen Mills has honored America’s National Parks with a collection of distinctive park blankets. Each blanket has a Pendleton label signifying its authenticity and special woven label with the park name and image of an important natural feature. National Park Blankets are still woven right here in our Pacific Northwest mills, just as they were nearly 100 years ago.” - Pendleton
