Harding Black & Tan Riding Poncho with Sheepskin-Trimmed Hood
Trusted in the saddle. Ready for Main Street. Built for the weather.
The Harding Black & Tan Riding Poncho is cut whole from an authentic Pendleton® Harding blanket — never pieced, never patched. Finished with a sheepskin-trimmed hood, U.S.-tanned leather, and a hand-cut antler toggle, it’s rugged outerwear that carries grit without losing refinement.
Only three artists worldwide have been authorized by Pendleton® to cut their blankets into wearable form — and we are honored to be one. That makes every Harding Poncho more than just gear. It’s a rare piece of American heritage, cut and built by hand in Wyoming.
Naturally temperature-regulating, wind-blocking, and weather-resistant, this poncho is equally at home in the backcountry, on the ranch, or in the city. The bold Harding Black & Tan pattern is iconic — sharp, strong, and unmistakable — while the sheepskin-trimmed hood adds warmth and presence.
Though most riders who choose this piece are men, the open cut and drape make it a versatile fit for women as well.
