Wheatlands
Wheatlands weaves the language of abundance, harvest, and seasonal rhythm deeply into its design — where every line and form carries meaning rooted in the land itself. The elongated diamonds represent direction and guidance, while the repeating stacked arrow motifs mirror the bundled sheaves of wheat, long recognized as symbols of provision, fertility, and gratitude. Within these balanced forms, the alignment of earth, sky, and livelihood is honored through generations of woven tradition.
In this colorway, layers of soft ivory, golden wheat, chestnut, deep sandstone, and sky blue move in deliberate balance. The gentle palette reflects open plains, rich soil, and clear horizons, allowing the structure of the pattern to hold presence without overpowering. Every element is positioned with purpose — a reflection of Pendleton’s mastery in translating story into cloth.
Woven as a true jacquard, this fabric presents two distinct color variations on opposing sides, allowing you to select the expression that best suits your vision.
Color Pairing Suggestions
Wheatlands complements palominos, buckskins, sorrels, duns, liver chestnuts, and bays. The neutral warmth also pairs beautifully with Leopard Appaloosas, Varnish Roans, and certain Paints (Tobiano, Overo). Pairs well with light oil, chocolate, natural, and dark oil tack finishes.
